WTF, Did you actually read Prop 23?? I doesnt mean no emission laws. It just eliminates (sort of temporarily) the green house gas reduction act for 2020. Basically there is a law that says by 2020 all new vehicles made have to get X MPG and can only put out XXX emissions. It has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with your car you're driving right now. You still have to smog your car, you still have to have CARB approval, and emissions standards for your car will be the same as they will now. So Prop 23 will do nothing at all for your car right now. But it does mean than manufacturers would be able to build more gas guzzling tanks in the future and not have to worry about the 2020 deadline for lesser emissions. AND Voting yes on Prop 23 would actually probably put more money back in peoples & businesses pockets, so thats why i'm goin YES on it. But i want to re-iterate so people dont get the wrong information- PROP 23 DOESN NOT END CARB. CARB WILL STILL EXIST AND ALWAYS WILL PROP 23 is only related to EMISSION STANDARDS for NEW CARS YOU WILL STILL BE SUBJECT TO REGULAR BI-ANNUAL SMOGS Dont vote for somethign for the wrong reason, educate yourselves peoples  |

Thanks for clearing that up for all of us Ace! Although most of us are still screwed, it might help to vote for 23 for future reference....As for C.A.R.B.................oh well. lol

Yeah, it means we may still get gas hungry power monsters in the future instead of the manufacturers being forced to make everything get at least 25mpg
